High Hopes is an initiative to help local musicians gain free recording time in the Axis music studio.  Joe Clear, sound engineer, who runs the High Hopes programme talks to Noel McGuinness about it.  They are joined by Ger Kellett and Ryan (“Linco”) Lincoln of 5th Element, the Ballymun based Hip-Hop group.
