On this edition of Arts & Disability Radio presenter Pádraig Naughton delves into the poetry and songs of Julie McNamara from her audiocassette ‘Prozac Princess’ and CD ‘Fly Like An Eagle’ both recorded in 2000. Pádraig is also joined live on the telephone from Galway by Jon Reynolds of ‘That’s Life’ to talk about the upcoming Club Tropicana at the Black Box, a nightclub for people with intellectual disabilities, their families and friends. Pádraig and Jon also play and discuss the music of the Fish Police. This mix of poetry and songs is added to by music from Lisa Hannigan, Julianna Barwick and The Waterboys.
