Mark Finnegan is joined in studio by Jonathan Shortall (Director) and Malcolm Bolton (Production Manager) of No Drama Theatre’ New Production “The Power of Darkness”. First staged in the early 90’s, the play was initially unsuccessful, primarily due to it’s Irish audience not being ready for a play which dealt with adultery, deception and alcoholism in such a critical and realistic manner. It is a play which has never really been recognized for the piece of art that it is, and we, at No Drama hope to give it the opportunity to shine in a society which now, more than ever, seems ready to face the themes present within. “The Power of Darkness” is on in the Players Theatre, Trinity from 10/06/2015 – 13/06/2015, with tickets selling at €15 for Adults and €12 for Students.
