Noel McGuinness is joined by Barry Finnegan, Barry is a lecturer in Journalism and Media Communications @ Griffith College and a member of ATTAC Ireland and TTIP.ie . ATTAC is a global organization opposed to neo-liberal globalization. It fights for tax and financial justice, and to disarm the financial markets.
TTIP.ie is a network of diverse Irish civil society organisations who are focused on fair trade, global and local, social, environmental and economic justice issues, workers’ and consumers’ rights, as well as the provision and regulation of high quality food and public services. Our Network’s aim is to share information and to stimulate greater awareness and public debate on the anti-democratic implications of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), its private negotiation process and its provision for a private corporate court.Barry gives Noel an update on the status of The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Program (TTIP) .
