Aoife Healy is the founder of the Dublin Bay Prawn Festival which takes place in Howth each year.  This year it will be from Friday 24th until Sunday 26th April and Aoife talks about the many events that can be enjoyed. These include food experiences in local restaurants and in the “Food Village”, wine tastings, live cooking demos, street entertainment and demonstrations by local fishermen.  See www.dublinbayprawnfestival.ie
