Trevor Sargent talks to Noel McGuinness about planting potatoes during the month of March.  His website www.trevorskitchengarden.ie gives information and ideas on growing your own food.  As this is the UN International Year of the Soils, Trevor also talks about the vital importance of soil, how the quality of our food very much depends on the quality of our soil and how soil is even involved in climate change.
