A Life Line is a 2 part documentary which focuses on the Dom Savio Youth Club and their relationship with Colaiste Dhulaigh, who with the support of the Boxing fraternity has run an annual skip-a-thon in aid of the Club for the past 24 years.
In 1988 a group of local people identified a dire need for a social outlet for people residing in the Coolock/Kilmore area of North East Dublin with a variety of disabilities.
Meet the gang and experience the warm and loving relationship that exists between the members and volunteers of the Dom Savio Youth Club and Colaiste Dhulaigh and find out how different parts of the same community can lean on each other in times of need.
The documentaries are funded by the BAI Sound & Vision fund and are produced by Enda M. Roche for NEAR 90fm.
