Left of the Dial: Louise Tangey – Vantastival

Vantastival will be held from the 29th of April to the 1st of May at Dunany Estate, a privately owned organic farm near Annagassan in County Louth – surrounded by sea, overlooking the Mountains of Mourne and Dundalk Bay to the North and the picturesque village of Clogherhead to the South. The farm is situated just a ten-minute drive from the M1 motorway on the beautiful unspoilt east coast, less than an hour from Dublin.

The line up features Whipping Boy, the Frank and Walters, The Cast of Cheers, Sweet Jane, Donal Dineen, and various others.

With weekend tickets costing just €85 (includes camping), it is an affordable alternative to some of the larger festivals taking place in Ireland this summer.

Ray Burke spoke to organiser Louise Tangey on Friday night’s, Left of the Dial.
