Fergal Somerville, local swimmer extraordinaire, follows up his recent interview with Noel McGuinness and talks about last Saturday’s successful International Ice Mile Swim at Lough Dan.  They are joined by Bryn Dymott from Wales who was the first person to swim an international ice mile on breaststroke.  With the water at 4.4 degrees, sixteen swimmers of various nationalities took part and twelve completed the swim.  Listen to this podcast to hear all about it.
