Arts & Disability Radio – Show 3

Arts and Disability Radio showcases the work of artists and companies with disabilities and promotes upcoming accessible arts events, as well as featuring music by Irish and international singer songwriters with disabilities. This edition of Arts & Disability Radio focuses on an installation created by artist Aideen Barry in collaboration with 6 artists from ‘That’s Life’ which was recently exhibited at Nuns Island Theatre in Galway. The programme features interviews with Claude Madec Coordinator ‘That’s Life’, artist Aideen Barry, collaborating artist Anne Laffey & Sean Barden, James Harold Galway City Arts Officer and Fiona Coffey Head of Quality Enhancement & Development Brothers of Charity Galway. Interviews are as always interspersed with an eclectic mix of music which this week includes; Mundy, Java Court Gamelan, Walter Parsons, the Waterboys, the Saw Doctors and Jez Colborne.
