Mark Finnegan is joined by Jim Ferguson. Jim is a volunteer with Volunteer Services Overseas (VSO). He has just returned from Mozambique where he worked with the Campaign for Education in that country. Jim first went to Africa as a volunteer in 1970 and he talks about the huge changes that he has witnessed in the approach to education in developing countries. Jim talks passionately about his work and tells of the opportunities and satisfaction that can be got from volunteering in Africa and other areas.
