Peter Murray and Patrick Grant, Phibsboro Residents. Mark Finnegan is joined in studio by Phibsboro residents Peter Murray and Patrick Grant. A number of Residents groups in the Phibsboro area made submissions to DCC in regard to the Local Area Plan for the Phibsboro area. Although being broadly in agreement with these submissions, Patrick and Peter have some concerns that issues of vital importance have been largely ignored in the planning process. Traffic congestion, affordable housing and community amenities are just a few of the topics discussed.
