Stephen Brennan is the Education Officer for Ballet Ireland and he tells Noel McGuinness about this year’s Ballet Ireland Summer School which will take place from 21st to 25th July in the Civic Theatre Tallaght. Stephen says that participants will have the opportunity to create a ballet with professional dancers from Ballet Ireland. It gives aspiring dancers the chance to see what goes into making a ballet and a peak into the life of a professional dancer. The summer school is suitable for children from age 6+ and Stephen says that they are welcome with or without dance training. See www.balletireland.ie
