Katie O’Kelly talks to Noel McGuinness on Northside Today about “Counter Culture” a play she wrote and performs in herself. This one-person show is all about workers rights in a Dublin department store and Katie says much of it is based on stories from her grandmother who worked in Clerys for 35 years. She says there will be plenty of laughs as well as some heart-breaking moments. The play is on at axis: Ballymun on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th June.
