Dr. Elaine Mooney talks to Noel McGuiness about the importance of healthy food and the Finals of the “Fine Dine at Mine” Competition, which tries to encourage young people to cook (healthy) food on their own. The Fine Dine at Mine All-Island Cookery Competition 2014 cooperates in Partnership with the St. Angelas’s College, Sligo. Dr. Elaine Mooney is one of the judges in the Competition’s Finals. The final Cook Off will be held on the 6th & 7th May in St. Angela’s College, Sligo.
