Aoife Healy is the coordinator of this year’s Dublin Bay Prawn Festival.  She talks to Noel McGuinness on Northside Today about the festival including the locally produced food that will be available in the beautiful surroundings of Howth Harbour.  There will be many food stalls and tasting sessions, a full line-up of top chefs giving cookery demonstrations, local fishermen showing traditional fishing and preparation skills, as well as craft beer and wine.  In addition to a firework display, there will also be street entertainment and an exciting programme of walks, talks and seaside antics.
