Kate Mitchell, Local Development Officer, Northside Partnership, talks to Noel McGuinness about recruitment for the upcoming Youth Leadership Programme.  This is for young people between the ages of 15 and 17.  It encourages young people to get involved in their local communities by supporting them and aims to improve their ability to work as a team member, enhance their interpersonal skills, increase their confidence and develop the skills they need to express their opinions on a range of social and political issues.
