Local election candidate Michael O’Brien of the Anti Austerity Alliance tells Noel McGuinness about leaks being caused by water meter installers. One in every fifty installations leads to a leak which Dublin City Council have to repair. The cost of these repairs is 136,000 euro in Dublin alone,a cost being bourne by the taxpayer.
