Each programme serves as an introduction to a different minority sport\u00a0practiced\u00a0in\u00a0Northside\u00a0Dublin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20. Kenpo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Traditional Kenpo Darndale was founded in 2003 by 3 senior black belts Brian Bollard, John Doyle and Natalie Mooney. Since then they\u2019ve had many achievements including trophies at national and international level in both Kata (forms) and Kumite (combat).<\/p>\n<p>We went along to the club and met instructor John Doyle who told us how and why he got involved in kenpo and the benefits of the study of martial arts.
