Grief, illness and upheaval can force us to look at everything differently. After she turned 40, she faced the unimaginable: losing both her parents within seven weeks and shortly after, receiving a stage 4 double cancer diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>That journey brought her home to Ireland, where she has spent the last decade helping others transform their own health in her practice, <a href=\"http:\/\/inspiredwellness.ie\">Inspired Wellness<\/a>.
