John Connell sat down with him to talk on many matters regarding Irish culture, Irish language and literature, plus the changing attitudes of Irish people down the years in such things as religion, music, dancing and trade union issues.<\/p>\n<p>In this recording, Jack Gannon talks about working conditions for construction workers in Ireland in the early 1960s.
