Maura Walsh chats to Conor Clear ahead of his performance in\u00a0Grimm’s fairy tale classic\u00a0– ‘Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs’ at\u00a0Grange Woodbine, Raheny from 19th December to 4th January<\/p>\n

Conor chats about the unique history of pantomime, panto production, his career and how he became involved in panto. He tells us about two pioneering ladies,\u00a0Maureen Gilligan and Helen Prendeville who\u00a0brought\u00a0theatre to the Northside of Dublin and introduced\u00a0Pantomime\u00a0to the community. Maureen’s\u00a0son Sean, and Helen\u2019s daughter Cathy is now honoring their mother\u2019s legacies by\u00a0bringing\u00a0panto\u00a0home\u00a0to where it was born in the Grange Woodbine.<\/p>\n

Dublin\u00a0Panto\u00a0has been North Dublin\u2019s favorite\u00a0panto\u00a0since 2011.\u00a0\u00a0Sean Gilligan Productions has\u00a0over 20\u00a0years of experience in the arts and entertainment and\u00a0encourages local talent some of whom have gone on to follow careers in the West End and beyond.<\/p>\n

He says\u00a0‘it’s time to Bring Panto Home\u00a0with the glitziest,\u00a0most outrageously funny and\u00a0inclusive\u00a0panto\u00a0yet!’\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
