I rejoice every time I see a woman ride by on a bike. It gives her a feeling of self-reliance and independence the moment she takes her seat; and away she goes, the picture of untrammelled womanhood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Donna Cooney, an Artist, Activist, Campaigner and Cyclist developed the Freedom Machine concept and also co-ordinates the team of Artists, makers and participants in the Dublin Cycling Campaign for the St. Patrick\u2019s Day Parade 2018.
