Tedfest<\/span><\/span>\u00a0which is now in it’s 12th year is the annual celebration of Father Ted that takes place each year on the Craggy Island of\u00a0Inis<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Mor<\/span><\/span>. The three day event takes place on the last weekend of February in order to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the passing of Dermot Morgan on 28 February 1998.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Peter is chatting to me from\u00a0his hometown in\u00a0Wales. We talk\u00a0all things Ted, the\u00a0award-winning sitcom, the production, the remakes,\u00a0how he came up with the idea for the\u00a0festival and friends ofTedfest<\/span><\/span>. He\u00a0highlights some of the festival events\u00a0and what is happening\u00a0in The Craggy Crack Den and The Craggy Island Spar\u00a0including the Priest’s & Nuns Fun Run, Tea-Riffic<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Tea Dance and Tea<\/span>\u00a0Tasting and\u00a0Watty’s<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Music Stage\u00a0which has continuous music each day with a lineup including The\u00a0Dubliners<\/span><\/span>, The Cardinal Sins and Trad for\u00a0Trocaire<\/span><\/span>.<\/div>\n
