In this programme of The Hugh Lane Concert series we feature a performance from Barry Guy and Izumi Kimura and interviews with Barry, Izumi and Maya Homburger. There is also an interview with Sunday at Noon representative Mary Barnacutt, and we hear from some of the audience present on the day of the performance (Sunday March 12th 2017)<\/p>\n

About the series<\/strong>
\nThe Hugh Lane Concert series\u00a0showcases contemporary, traditional, classical and jazz music concerts recorded at Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane, as part of the Sundays @ Noon concerts. This radio series captures the best in Irish and international based composers and musicians performing in front of a live audience.<\/p>\n

As well as the performances, Near FM have recorded in-depth interviews with the musicians, and reactions from members of the public.<\/p>\n
