The programmes will be aired on nine consecutive Thursday\u2019s at 6.30pm commencing 3rd March 2011. Series Producer, Ignacio Irigoien says \u201cthis series is to inform people of the history and workings of the EU, its institutions and their effect on Ireland. It is a very timely initiative in view of the increasing role the EU will have in Irish affairs, especially economically, in the coming years\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Programme 6 &#8211; The Making of European Law<br \/>\nParliament, Commission and Council. How the work together? How they share the different areas of responsibility?
