Bay Prawn Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aoife Healy is the coordinator of this year\u2019s Dublin Bay Prawn Festival.\u00a0 She talks to Noel McGuinness on Northside Today about the festival including the locally produced food that will be available in the beautiful surroundings of Howth Harbour.\u00a0 There will be many food stalls and tasting sessions, a full line-up of top chefs giving cookery demonstrations, local fishermen showing traditional fishing and preparation skills, as well as craft beer and wine.\u00a0 In addition to a firework display, there will also be street
