Higgins. Steven and Shannon are among a group of\u00a0 nine young people\u00a0 recognised by President Higgins for their work in revitalising a flagging local community event. The Belmayne\/Clongriffin Family Festival was established by DCC in 2010 and was to be held annually in Fr Collins Park.
